Composite parts are our speciality, we bring also our own innovations as well. It does not matter if you need any technically strong elements or visual accessories and design products, we will care of your projects and support your business with quality serial production. Our mission is to reduce the final weight of products and achieve the positive effects of this such as ecological aspects, fuel consumption and more sophisticated design. We are able to help to define production technology, especially concepts and preparation of moulds and jigs for the production process. We can also offer high quality and perfectly shaped moulds for a composite production program. We will equip your production facilities with tailor-made moulds and jigs or we can also support you during your arrangements for a serial production by available capacities of our high experienced team and spacious and well-equipped workshops, useful for big parts such fuselages or wings as well. We have “everything under one roof” both for production, finishing and parts measuring, as well as for assembly of units.
CARBON DESIGN, as an advanced composite parts and aircrafts producer, provides it’s own stock of materials and semi-products (carbon panels/sheets, sandwiches etc.) for it’s own production needs. We use materials that have been approved for aircraft constructions. Because of the continuous demands of our customers on these materials and semi-products for different industrial sectors, we have prepared a selection of these products in the most demanded measures to buy directly through our e-shop, so that we can offer easy and fast solutions for producers, craftsmen and handymen. We offer sandwich panels made of glass, carbon, carbon-aramid fabrics with a variety of thicknesses, measures and finishes. You can order through our e-shop.

1) Sandwich panels:

Sandwich panels achieve really high strength properties while maintaining very low weight, since the foam core allows to manufacture a panel with requested thickness that is very strong and very lightweight at the same time. Therefore there is no doubt of advantages using sandwiches, suitable for wide range of projects from structural engineering to exhibition systems and design elements. They are easy to shape, cut, finish… The panel has a peel-ply on both sides and therefore it is ready for other manipulation (laminating – sticking). Or it can have a final finish look suitable for design applications. All products are post-cured on 70° to achieve a maximum mechanical performance. .Fabric – glass 162g/m2, 282g/m2 or carbon 160 g/m2 Layers – 1/1 or 2/2 Foam core - foam 70.55 – thickness 5 mm, 8 mm or 10 mm Measurements – 200x400, 400x400, 400x800, 800x800 and 800x1200 mm |

2) Carbon panels:

Carbon panels manufactured from materials approved for aircraft production are being used as a basic material for product that request high strength properties when being lightweight at the same time. We offer panels in wide range of thicknesses and measures. The surface can be final finish look – with perfectly matte or glossy surface, suitable especially for design products, another variety of panels comes with peel-ply both sides, suitable especially for products that are going to be stuck or laminated into bigger units (ribs, reinforcements etc.). 3) Custom materials:We are also able to manufacture materials according to your own request and to manage machine cutting into final shapes and forms as in your drawings documentation as well. Therefore you can significantly reduce time consumption and only focus on your final product.
